Return Eligibility

At Meethania, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we deal in food products such as dry fruits, namkeen, snacks, sweets and bakery items, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

* Wrong product delivered.
* Product received in damaged condition.
* Product expired at the time of delivery.
* Product missing from the order.
* Package tampered before delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind.
* Taste preference.
* Ordered by mistake.
* Opened or consumed products.
* Products without original packaging.
* Products returned after the eligible return period.

Return Request

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

* Order Number
* Clear photos of the product
* Photos of the package
* Reason for return

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
* Refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
